There is a wide range of types and sizes in the reaming section: machine, hand and shell reamers, core drills/counterbores, countersinks and deburrers. Made in HSS, HSSCo5 and solid carbide, the tools are generally bright, but some also are TiN (Titanium Nitride) and TiAlN (Titanium and aluminium Nitride) coated.
The reamer in HSSCo5 with tapered shank and 7-8° spiral flutes has sizes progressing in tenths of millimetre. In addition to these we have the reamers with high twist spiral flutes and those in solid carbide. Paired off with the tapered shank reamer with 7°-8° spiral flutes (with diameter from 5 mm to 50 mm) is the reamer with 45° spiral flutes. These two features are also found in the shell reamers available together with the specific arbors. Worthy of note are the Morse taper shank bridge reamers in HSS (sizes from 2 mm to 40 mm in diameter). Also available are the adjustable hand reamers and the taper pin hand reamers. To follow are the core drills/counterbores in HSS, with either tapered or parallel shanks. The deburrers and countersinks, with the latter also in TiN (Titanium Nitride) coating, have either parallel or Morse taper shanks. Then come the countersinks and counterbores for screw seats of 90° and 180° (available also with Morse taper shank in the 180° version). Also in this section are the sets of tools in metallic boxes for countersinks, deburrers and countersinks for 90° screw seats.
